We only collect data that is necessary to operate the website and to handle your enquiries.
No tracking cookies
This website sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes and stores no data in your browser for those purposes. No profiles of your behaviour are created and no cross-site tracking takes place. Strictly necessary cookies that our hosting and security provider may set in individual cases to protect against automated attacks are exempt from this and do not require consent.
No external fonts are loaded. Apart from the cookieless web analytics described below, no third-party content that could transmit your data is loaded.
Web analytics (cookieless)
To help us improve our offering, we collect anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (e.g. number of page views, country of origin, browser type). For this we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This service works without cookies, stores no data in your browser and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual persons. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, appropriate and efficient website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server log files and hosting
The website is hosted with Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type). This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website, is not combined with other data sources and is kept only as long as necessary for that purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Getting in touch
If you contact us by email or phone, the data you provide is processed to handle your enquiry. This website has no contact form; no input is captured or stored via the website. We do not pass your data on to third parties without your consent and retain it only as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with statutory retention obligations. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Processors and disclosure to third parties
To operate the website we use Cloudflare, Inc. as a processor for hosting and web analytics. A data processing agreement is in place with this provider. We do not otherwise disclose your data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Transfer abroad
As Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA, data may be processed in the USA. The transfer is based on appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the FADP and the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses and the provider’s certification under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention and deletion
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. The data is deleted thereafter.
Data security
The website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS (TLS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
Your rights
Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to information about the data processed about you, as well as to its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability.
